This one seems so undersized. Maybe because it's next to the graveyard?
I remember the drama over the Garden Crest complex and somebody claiming the graves next door would get rebar poked into them or similar (?). That project turned out okay, but I don't care for the lego-style roof material that was popular around that time. It has that faux brick corner building with no apparent entrance in the place where its architecture signals an entrance should be, and the old apartment building that was saved looks a bit lifeless compared to what it was. There was a small red brick apartment building on that corner that I don't remember clearly and haven't found pictures of lately. I suspect it might have had some heritage value.
