Within Casa Luxura, the gradient applies fully to the towers on the western side of the complex. Towers B, C, and D have two parking floors completely above ground and a third parking is partially above ground (but I have excluded that).
On the eastern side, Towers A and E have one parking floor completely above ground and one parking floor partially above ground (I have included both for simplicity here).
I would have loved to show you a picture from the southern side but the construction is covered by a facade so it's not easy to tell from pictures. Maybe once the construction cladding moves further up the building, I will be able to share a clear picture.
