Total PAX for 2025 = 10,740,694 (a 3.2% drop from 2024).

International PAX = 721,119 (down 2.4% from 2024).

Total Cargo was up 15.7% (this was helped by a 55% increase in mail cargo; Air Freight was up 1.1%)

All these numbers and flight info are great and all, but as this is a building and construction forum could somebody please post a photo of the airport building construction?

Hah, yea... I keep getting excited when I see a new post on here and then jump in to find out its just pictures of airplanes. If we could keep this to construction and major updates, that'd be great. I wish I was flying through sometime soon. There's gotta be someone somewhere out there that is posting pics of the construction.... its going vertical as we speak!

Well, the title of this thread is: "San Antonio International Airport News & Updates."

I don't disagree...I'd like to see more pics too. But, other "news" is (and should be) welcome.

If it weren't for the other "news" this thread/this forum would be idling for days. Look at all the views it's getting!

Just to be clear, I wasn't complaining. I was just asking for some photos. Please keep posting anything and everything about the airport... including photos.

Apologies for how blurry this is but this is my attempt. Flew out of B two weeks ago. The facebook page has another more recent photo of more steel beams up.

Taken while Flying through on 2/26/26... Its coming along! In person, just the sheer size of this thing is going to make SAT look like an actual major international airport. The building will basically dwarf A and B as it looks to be at least double the height of both and really stretches out into the airport property. It'll have nice wide dimensions when you're flying in and taxiing. I wasn't able to get anything for the GLF, but it actually looks pretty damn good for that type of facility!

It looks like its basically ready to go, March would seem to be correct.

Expansion of San Antonio airport parking garage clears design review

Quote:
A city panel has cleared the way for more parking spaces at the San Antonio International Airport.

A design plan for a garage that’s expected to relieve existing congestion and headaches for travelers ahead of the debut of an additional new terminal will move forward with approval Wednesday of the city’s Historic and Design Review Commission.
*The demo for this is complete btw... drove by the site when my bro picked me up from the airport last week.

I guess that means there's zero chance of a fourth terminal in that location in the future.
