Probably not earth shattering news, but California Pizza Kitchen replaced State & Main at Southgate Mall

Tesoro is closing in Windermere, last day is tomorrow. Seems rather sudden, but the store has never really been busy outside of the bakery.

L'OCA and now Tesoro, confirms the grocery business is tough, which it is. A low margin game with minimal room for errors.

Weren't they part of the Italian Bakery? If so, not too surprised since they've been having a tough time with their OG Chinatown location closing last year.
