I'd rather not see venting through the facade however, the grill vent covers have a nice look. The windows actually have a consistent width between the spandrel panels, Those tall transition floors will probably fuck it up.

If I remember correctly, this isn't the first KPF joint design with Concord and Concord's reputation isn't from them hiring competent firms but, what they do to those firm's visions.

I stand by my statement. Nothing really exciting here but, the details in the cladding design are being executed above expectation for Concord and Toronto in general
