MINNEAPOLIS | 301/315 Nicollet Mall | 230 FT | 20 Floors

New plans released today for Opus' project on the north half of the Ritz Block, 301/315 Nicollet Mall: http://www.minneapolismn.gov/www/groups/public/@cped/documents/webcontent/wcmsp-219353.pdf . Apartments and retail. 21 floors.

Updated plans released today: http://www.ci.minneapolis.mn.us/www/groups/public/@cped/documents/webcontent/wcmsp-220809.pdf .

Not a whole lot of changes in the design. Same number of floors, 11' shorter. Looks like most of the height decrease comes from the mechanical floor being cut to 14' from 21'.
