This property was owned by Trinity (flormerly Faith Lutheran) Lutheran church, and sold to Indwell intentionally for a below market price, (to the best of my knowledge). As this congregation amalgamated, they went through a thorough process of discernment and set their sights on improving their ministry presence in the city's core.
