I’m pretty disappointed in the overall site plan. I had higher hopes for this sight. Obviously any amount of residential here is great, but I think that the potential for this to have been a fantastic integrated mixed use development is being completely missed. The amount of surface parking is ridiculous.
If I could give the development a grade, I’d say a C+. It’s not entirely bad, but the potential of the site leaves a lot to be desired.
