There's no way that the issue is permitting, and certainly not two more years of it. It's very likely that they can't get financing right now, and it could be possible that the two year lease is in the hope that they will be able to in 2026.

If it was my job to find an ideal location for these types of services, you bet I'd have much better locations than this. Something along mass transit and near other similar and relative resources where they would received the best and most help possible.

A bit of movement on the Sandy Pine permitting back in August regarding SDC exemption. Would love to see this one move forward.

FWIW, I think PP&D applied the review line for the SDC exemption to all multifamily projects currently under review. It will change to "participating" if a project goes through whatever paperwork they need to do be a part of the program - see the permit for The Palms on N Interstate, for example.
