I cant find the tread for this project in Hull, but I walked by and excavation has officially started and they already have a name and websitehttps://tourliv.ca/. its going to be called Tour Liv and its located at 202 Rue Papineau, Gatineau, QC J8X 1W2

That's a surprisingly nice design for that area. Kitty corner to a nice park too. I think this would be a really positive proposal anywhere, but especially so there.

That design looks very 2000s, even the rendering. The presence of Brookfield is the only clue that this is a relativly new design.

Loving all the density & development happening in Hull. Most of the designs are pretty nice, even above average compared to many developments going up in Ottawa.

Would be nice to see a dense, lively neighborhood form in Hull compared to what it was in the past (a sleepy neighborhood outside of the 9-5 government office workers).
