So they are still going through the full Philip Aziz Ave reconstruction/widening but just leaving the rest for later? Not ideal but that section is a death trap for pedestrians so regardless it's a good first step.

An under or overpass for pedestrians would be great here as well, the volume of pedestrians is only going to increase so why not solve the problem.
