So if you take Atlanta and subtract all of its major business districts like Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, and all of the neighborhoods around the BeltLine line Inman Park, Old Fourth Ward, West Midtown, and so on, then it's ... boring? Yeah, that tracks, but since that version of Atlanta doesn't exist in the real world, what value does it bring to the conversation?
