Pretty crazy how far, in terms of failed proposals, this intersection has come. First, it was True North Studio's Creative House Tower or Knipe Village and also the Federales Taco spot on the hard corner that had neighborhood pushback.

I hope both projects move forward.

Wasn't that supposed ot be a trendy Mexican place on that corner? Were they able to kill it?
