City Planning Solutions Inc is proposing to rezone the Kellogg lands to allow for a 44-storey mixed use tower, two 30-storey mixed use towers, two blocks of stacked townhouses and two parking garages. The total counts are 974 residential units, 200 hotel rooms (The Hard Rock Hotel?), 2534 parking spaces, 17750m2 of new commercial, office, and entertainment space, and 4500m2 of converted office space.
