Unfortunately that rendering was the 2024 iteration, it has since been revised , the pond has been eliminated and replaced with parking and a central courtyard.

Looks like the old Wesley Methodist Church built in 1898 is being demolished. IIRC there is housing planned for the site as part of the accelerator fund. Same group that built the apartments across the street, which I believe also houses their worship space.
