1. The story of
residential building in Klovsky Uzviz, 7 begins back in

Construction was broke ground in
2006 (above-ground works began in
2008). According to different sources,
construction was completed sometime between 2011 and 2015.
As of 2025, it remains the tallest building in Ukraine at 168 meters.
Meanwhile, it was regarded as
"one of the worst modern Ukrainian buildings" due to it's massive height.
It's also referred as "Tour Montparnasse of Ukraine". Even UNESCO criticized this building and recommended either demolish the top 12 floors or change the façade into glassy one.

"Nver" residential complex is residential complex currently being built in
Lesia Ukrainka boulevard. (https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=160852) This futurustic building was
approved for construction in
2021, site preparation took place in
2022. Excavation and pilings installation took place in
second half of 2023, and foundation works with under-ground framing -
in 2024—2025. Above-ground construction
is to be commenced in late 2025. The earliest estimated completion date is fourth quarter of 2026. At
161.5 meters high and
36 floors
(42 if include basements), it's the tallest Ukrainian building currently under-construction.
