It is based on the 1979 novel by Stephen King (under the pseudonym Richard Bachman). Cast:

Premise: Nobody 2 is an upcoming American action thriller film directed by Timo Tjahjanto and written by Derek Kolstad and Aaron Rabin, from a story and characters by Kolstad. Nobody 2 sees Odenkirk reprise his role as Hutch Mansell, a father and husband who is also a hard-working assassin. After agreeing to take wife Becca (Nielsen) and their kids on a summer getaway to a theme park, he finds himself the target of a corrupt sheriff (Hanks) and a vicious crime boss (Stone). It serves as the sequel to the 2021 film Nobody. The film is scheduled for North American release on August 15, 2025.

Little House on the Prairie (2025 Netflix & CBS TV series) Release date: July 9, 2026

Premise: Little House on the Prairie is an upcoming Netflix original series based on the Little House on the Prairie books written by Laura Ingalls Wilder. The series stems from reboot plans of the original NBC series going back to 2012. The new adaption is part hopeful family drama, part epic survival tale, and part origin story of the American West, this fresh adaptation of Laura Ingalls Wilder’s iconic semi-autobiographical ‘Little House’ books offers a kaleidoscopic view of the struggles and triumphs of those who shaped the frontier.

Filming: The series, directed by Sarah Adina Smith, is expected to film from June 10 to October 03 2025 in Winnipeg, Canada. The series produced by CBS Studios for Netflix is listed under the working title Independence produced by Big Woods Production Inc. Rebecca Sonnenshine (The Vampire Diaries, The Boys) is adapting the Little House books and will serve as showrunner on the series.

American Hostage started as a scripted psychological thriller podcast directed by Shawn Christensen and starring Jon Hamm (Mad Men, Bridesmaids), it is a dramatization of the true incident of Tony Kiritsis, who took his mortgage broker hostage in 1977. The crisis took place over three days. On November 15, 2023, it was announced that American Hostage would be adapted into a television anthology series, with Shawn Ryan (The Shield, The Night Agent, S.W.A.T.) as the showrunner and Hamm reprising his role as Fred Heckman. The rights were purchased by Temple Hill Entertainment, with plans to turn the novel into a feature film. Eli Craig directed the script written by Carter Blanchard.
