Looks like there's a variety of new development going on at Oregon State:
There's a new arts and education center center


And a new tech research center

The Jen-Hsun and Lori Huang Collaborative Innovation Complex and accompanying supercomputer is a huge score for Corvallis and Oregon State!

Walked by today and saw that construction has started on the Gordon Hotel and apartments on SW 1st Avenue.
