Wow, this really would be something indeed.
Still seems kinda far-fetched to me, but if the developer can pull it off, this would be only the 3rd 500+ footer ever built in Chicago outside of the central area, and it'd be the tallest of the three at 560' (the other two are on the north lakefront: 531' Park Place Tower and 513' 5415 N Sheridan).
