Thanks for the pictures. This tower is pretty sleek for a box. I can see this tower and Waterline now poking up from Parmer lane and Dessau.

I saw them testing out the LED lights on the parking podium this morning. Lights fade from bright to less bright. It was cool! (7am)

This one has always been pretty unacceptable imo. Just another addition to a skyline of value engineered unfinished towers.

MAABA

But seriously, I understand that we will always have generic buildings, and some of those will be large. I'm not a fan of that becoming the standard, though. I'm hopeful that we get some more statement pieces soon.

I think it’s only the side that faces waterline that’s so polarizing

If they were to paint all of the exposed concrete this would look much more completed.

Lmfao. I'm making hats!

Yes to statement pieces--they are very very needed. Everything is so stripped down now. It's not minimalist, just lazy.

That is exactly what I thought when I first saw that photo. This view looks sooo unfinished with the raw concrete undersides of the balconies. Astoundingly cheap looking. Not A Good Look!

I'll chip in some positivity and say that I really like how the color of the glass turned out on this one. It's this nice dark blue with a tinge of green that has a high quality look to it. Given that this tower is basically a glass rectangle it's a good thing they didn't go with something like the glass on 6XG, which cleaning issues aside I don't think looks particularly nice.
