It looks size-appropriate; I'll give it that. But I'll reserve the term "great" for buildings like Tower Life, the non-garage portion of Frost, and the interior of the Majestic Theater. This one looks like any other minimally-designed, repetitive-floor, value-engineered residential building proudly created by a sophomore drafting student at any high school anywhere in the world.
