A unique powerline (now dismantled) in Dazhou, China

Until 2016, there was in Dazhou a really unique powerline

It started at a quite tall termination tower

Unfortunately, I have no details on the used voltages and the construction year of the powerline and the highrise building, on which the tower stood.
