I first became aware of Mr Leach in 2009 when my wife started working for him at his hospital bed company. I would say his biggest project is the redevelopment of 100 Kellogg Lane, along with his good friends, the McLaughlin family of Tillsonburg. But he also had a lot of property in Kalamazoo Michigan and did a lot of "bringing back to life" the downtown there as well. He wasn't a big flashy public guy, but he had his hand in a ton of businesses in SW Ontario, as well as Michigan. A non-celebrity "Shark Tank" guy, where if he liked your idea, he would invest in you. I'm familiar with most of those business associates in that obituary.
