when you look at the plans on line it feels like the building really only occupies the strip mall building not the Pizza Hut lot. I mean , that's a small sliver. Maybe just approach for the building?
At any rate. Hilton is placing 2 low end properties in 2 blocks. Sad infill for Downtown properties. . At least TRU will be an improvement over "THE G".
