Originally the idea was that it would connect to the Witte Museum as well, but friends of the golf course and the River Road neighborhood but a stop to that. Plus in the end they kind of ran out of money so they wound up doing a halfassed path around the edge of the golf course on Avenue B. So in some sense it does connect to the Witte, but not really.
