Should I repeat again what I posted twice already?

There's already an issue having 'proponents' at all baked into a National Memorial.

Then you want to shoehorn your way into just 600 names to be engraved in stone for an issue that has affected almost all continents on Earth?

Just leave the title of the monument in the centre, and engrave some maple leaves or something on the blank portions and call it a day. That way, if people need to come down to the monument to reflect, they can do so in their own way without having a bunch of questionable names staring at them.
