Someone involved with the project recently told me the latest news is X Co. is apparently close to securing final funding in December for X Phoenix II (not sure on Houston or Tampa), and Clayco has said they are preliminarily planning on restarting construction around early February if everything with the new funding goes through. So fingers crossed this gets back on track.
