LONDON, ON | 50 King Street | 577 Feet & ? | 53 & 43 Floors

New Tallest proposed for London, Ontario. Two towers at the forks of the Thames River. One is 53 floors and 177 metres/577 feet. The second tower is 43 floors, height unknown.

50 King Street, looks like the design is by Zedd Architecture. This was posted on Urban Toronto.

53 storeys and nearly 600 feet tall in a metro with a population of about half a million.. crazy! Let's see if it gets built..

It has been submitted to the city. I am sure there will be some NIMBYs against it but city has a goal of 47,000 new housing units in 10 years and for that to happen we need a lot of high density to be built as the city is trying not to sprawl anymore then we already have.

The project has been approved by the Planning Committee in London. There is also an option for a third tower on the site.

New tallest for London at 186 Metres or 610 Feet.
