See below another AUDAX retro-project headed for approval on Spadina Avenue.

475 Yonge Street | 255.8m | 78s | KingSett Capital | BDP Quadrangle l recommended for Approval

Suprised this big 2 tower (78 and 75 storeys) mixed-use project is headed for approval largely unscathed. The city was pushing for full replacement of hotel uses that are on-site but left it up to the developer by including the option for some hotel uses in the zoning bylaw.

Includes nearly 1,800 residential units, retail, dedicated community space, parkland and POPs between the towers.

147 Spadina | 82.8m | 24s | Hullmark | AUDAX l recommended for Approval

One storey shorter and a number of other revisions including a set-back for the first 2 storeys on Richmond Street, yielding a 6 metre wide sidewalk suitable for outdoor seating (cafe etc.).

214 Merton | 119.75m | 40s | KingSett Capital | BDP Quadrangle l recommended for Approval

This one now recommended for approval 5 storeys taller. Changes include smaller tower floorplates and various setback/setback increases.
