Proposed apartment project in downtown Charlottetown under IRAC appeal

"231 Richmond Street property was slated for demolition to make room for 3-storey apartment building"

"Andrea Battison lives in the 500 Lot Area, not far from the two-storey home that's slated for demolition to make room for the new building. She filed the appeal with IRAC."

Andrea is at it again!! This house is beyond restoration. The brick foundation is caving in, the roof leaks, the entire exterior is roting, none of it is built to code and has been sitting empty for six years. What do you expect from an ignorant person who knows nothing about construction in general. Her IRAC appeal also includes 95 signatures from dumb people who for some reason thinks she has a valid argument. The final cost would be through the roof, literally.

Enough said....
