that's the lot. i like their proposal, but just imagine a slender, 400-footer right on that spot. it'd give the city its much-needed skyline "peak".

still… i'd prefer that this colab proposal be built AND the 400-foot signature tower be build on the convention center location. if we're going to dream, might as well dream big.
