Construction has been ongoing at the Rice Building on Portage Ave for a while. This week, I noticed "leased" signs in the window of the former Booster Juice. The door was open, and I peered inside. It looks like it's being used as the project office for the larger reno, but I'm hopeful a new eatery or coffee shop might be in the works.
