I would hesitate to say that it doesn't fit. Roosevelt is an arts district that should welcome creative risks and architectural diversity, and Downtown in general already has a huge diversity of existing architecture - so we should be welcoming developers, owners, and architects who have the means to take design risks, even if it sometimes results in a miss.
