Absolutely agree that central Loop needs a grocery store, but if a man can dream, he can dream bigger than Jewel/WF. I'd kill for a good Pete's. A big TJ would be my runner-up...

I agree. Like I said in my last post in here from last year, something like One Chicago with a large retail podium would work very well in this spot. Either Whole Food or Pete’s Fresh market would be awesome in the loop. Trader joe too! The one chicago developer need to get the land!

If I'm to bring us back down to Earth for a second lol. Taking that statement seriously, as much as I'd love JDL to snatch up this land, I think they have their hands full and are way more focused on 1200 W Fulton, and continuing the North Union project
