Both Leila and Inkster are lined with homes and should never be seeing the volume of traffic both now receive.

A higher speed route to move traffic from the river westward is needed, it’s unbelievable that a city this size is so hamstrung by such piddly roadways, even Saskatoon and Regina figured that out!

Clowns like Matt Allard who is against any kind of roadway except bike lanes fails to understand that with changing demographics, people didn’t leave their past homelands to ride bikes and with a city approaching one million the current pre-1970’s road infrastructure just doesn’t cut it!
