I’m also excited about a cohesive design for the block by Adjaye that develops those gas stations. That would be amazing even if the buildings aren’t tall. The presentation also talked about narrowing Clark St and widening the sidewalks to create a better pedestrian experience and better connection to the park. This area really needs it. It’s way too auto oriented right now.
