Le Meridien/AC Hotels - Denver, Proposed, 20 Stories

I believe that this proposed highrise – The Le Meridien/AC Hotel building - has not yet been entered into the Denver SP database. If so, could it please be added? Below is the relevant information:

Project is getting closer to actually being a reality.

Since the initial concept had been presented (and status with this would remain proposed), now required applications have been submitted recently to the City and County of Denver Buildings Department as necessary further steps in order make this project start going upward.

https://www.denvergov.org/buildingpermitstatus
(and enter - 2015-LOG-M000184 - into the rectangular to the left to the left of the blue search button, and then enter)

Thanks

As of 10/11/15, this project has broken ground

http://denverinfill.com/blog/2015/10...-update-1.html

Yet another tower is under construction in Downtown Denver!

Recently, the dual-brand Le Meridien/AC Hotel project at the corner of 15th and California broke ground.

and

http://denverurbanreview.com/2015/10...ruction-recap/

Three significant projects began construction– ............ and the dual-brand AC Hotel by Marriott and a Starwood-branded Le Meridien Hotel in downtown Denver.

and when entering into the SP database, could it please be entered as Under Construction, rather than Proposed?

Thank you
