Just barely a 500 footer. Lets hope the city doesn't give it a height chop.

Love the design, definitely an improvement over the old "porch" version IMHO.

Awful lot of gensler shifted-rectangle designs going into that spot. 333, 360, and 330 are all quite similar massing.

Unfortunate. SOM > Gensler every time. The SOM design looked to have been much better at street level (where it really counts).

Good stuff. Although the detailing from SOM was much better IMO.
