REVEALED: 32-STORY PARAISO PLACE PLANNED IN EDGEWATER WITH 279 APARTMENTS
Quote:
In Edgewater, the owner of a property has submitted plans to build a residential project called Paraiso Place.
Since the project is large-scale, it will need to be reviewed by Miami’s Urban Development Review Board. A hearing before the board is scheduled for November 20. Here are the details that have been submitted for review:
Project
The tower will rise 32 stories, or 373 feet above ground.
It will include 279 residential units. A letter from the applicant hints they will be rental apartments.
A parking garage will include about 300 spaces, which is below what is required by zoning. A waiver for 30% reduction in zoning requirements is being requested.
At the ground floor, there will be 4,063 square feet of retail space.
An apartment tower geared towards young professionals called Metro Edgewater continues to rise, new photos show.
The new apartment tower will also help connect the Paraiso district to Biscayne Boulevard, with designers paying particular attention to the ground floor pedestrian experience.
Metro Edgewater will include:
279 apartments
4,230 square feet of retail
Approximately 300 parking spaces
