Anyways, the park's stretch all the way north to 39th street means that all those exposed rail ditches will be covered, which will be fuckn awesome. Excluding this development's lot and the 3 Hudson lot, that gives us 3 whole lots west of the park alone that could potentially yield some very big office towers (not sure about zoning on those lots but id imagine at least 1.5m+ sq ft). The design for the tower on this particular lot looks great itself.
Now if only we could get some sort of real pinnacle in this ~250m+ plateau. Its really too bad they shaved off those ~25m off the top of 30 Hudson. Doesnt sound like a lot, but being that its surrounded by so many 300-320m towers (and fat towers at that) it really wouldve made a visual difference.
