Not sure why they are complaining. They are encouraging relocations from California and the Northeast for years and espousing that their cost of living is so much cheaper..

I wonder if those renderings are accurate. There were different ones for that project recently. Anyways good to see that underway.

Anyways, I haven't seen a render yet but a 18 story residential tower is going to go up in Legacy West near the other two tall residential towers on Windrose:

If you're moving from LA to Plano, you don't want to commute into downtown Dallas every day. Commuting five miles to an office park in Plano is much easier.
