3025 JFK, the first ground-up vertical development at Schuylkill Yards, hit an exciting milestone last week when construction reached the amenity floor.

"Walking along John F. Kennedy Boulevard, the building is already imposing as the structure for future lab and office space portion is nearly complete. The tower is now visible from many vantage points…"

^^^ Nice! I know that the term "game changer" is overuse but it seems appropriate for this development.

And Santander is finally gone!

It will be so great to see that stretch of JFK and Market enlivened with these massive projects.

Anyone know if Republic Properties is still pursuing their life sciences building behind Caneris Hall (parking lot)?

Have to say Schuykill Yards is really growing on me. Was a bit disappointed at first when they scrapped the glass towers conceptual plan but the new designs give off a Mad Men/Lever House/Madison Ave aesthetic that poetically blends well with The Bulletin Building/30th St/IRS Building. Very mid century vibes…

All About the Amenity Floor at 3025 JFK Blvd at Schuylkill Yards

Quote:
3025 JFK Blvd, the 570,000 square foot mixed-use building dubbed “The West Tower” at Schuylkill Yards, recently reached a monumental milestone as construction moved above its amenity floor. The amenity floor, totaling nearly 30,000 square feet, features fluid indoor and outdoor experiences that will provide convenience and flexibility for both office and life science tenants and residents. Delivering in June 2023, 3025 JFK will add a mix of residential rental units developed in partnership with Gotham, life science and innovation office space, retail, and indoor and outdoor amenities to Schuylkill Yards, Brandywine’s master-planned neighborhood in University City.

With the concrete pour completed on the amenity floor and construction continuing to progress for the building, we wanted to know more about the design behind 3025 JFK Blvd’s luxury interior and amenity spaces. We chatted with Ximena Rodriguez, Principal and Director of Interior Design at CetraRuddy, to learn more about her and her team’s design and what makes 3025 JFK Blvd’s amenity floor so unique.

I honestly didn't like how it looked in the renderings, but in person it's far better. This tower rising really gets me excited for the red tower

Agree, the red tower doesn't look great in the renderings but I got the sense it'd look quite nice when built.

Nice looking but nothing special other than the fact that it helps expand downtown Westward.

Will this be connected to the big red building (the blocky 500 footer) / will that start when this is done?
