What are the odds the PECO surface lot ever gets developed?

I'd be shocked if we never saw a skyscraper in that lot

I think that, especially as Schuylkill Yards and environs continues to fill in, this view will become one of Philadelphia's premier money shots. Just that juxtaposition between river, park, and skyline is utterly beautiful in ways few other cities can manage.

I agree, always loved the view just a bit closer coming down the hill on the Schuylkill trail by the skate park, you can see the trains crossing the bridge and the way the river curves is pretty scenic. I wish the 676 bridge was nicer though.

I would love to see the bridges of the region fitted with solar lighting.
We often see these bridges off in the distant.
At night, even the simplest of bridges can appear iconic at night.
Many with great stone work and iron work.
With new LED lighting solutions it would be magical and connect us more with our past.
Including the old rail bridges

I was just riding my bike there this weekend and thinking to myself how that spot in particular is one of my favorite skyline views

^^^ sick! Overall this is a relatively modest but super exciting tower. The design is restrained yet fun and will hopefully serve to catalyze even more exciting development like we’re seeing next door at 2300

As I said before, this tower should be seen in person before judging! Really great, and in an area that really needed a cool project like this. Top layers of glass look excellent, thanks for sharing.

Don't think 21M was mentioned on the last analyst call. But, it would be good if it eventually gets built and hopefully a better design or at least a re-do of the base of the building. It looks really amatuerish and unsophisticated.
