ST. PETERSBURG, FL | Art House | 450 FT | 42 FLOORS

Tampa Bay's second city continues its incredible downtown boom that will only further what is likely the most lively and authentic downtown in Florida. The 42-floor Art House will become the city's 2nd tallest after 400 Central and will make use of a large section of surface parking attached to Priatek Plaza, the former tallest in the city from several years ago.

Being developed by the Kolter Group, the developers of the current tallest, ONE St. Petersburg, and under construction Saltaire, this will contain over 250 residences. Breaking ground is set for later this year with a late 2024 delivery.

Nice, and I agree with your assessment of downtown St. Pete. Great city.

I just moved from Colorado to St. Petersburg 3 months ago and it's insane how much downtown is growing!
