I think that design style would look even more amazing on a taller narrower tower.

Any Brookfield construction updates since this Feb. pic? Would expect a few floors of progress at least. This will be an impressive 64 floor tower. Thanks.

So exciting to see Brookfield tower get to it's floor plates! It should start to speed up now. Driving past downtown to go get my first vaccine shot last Friday, the Moxie hotel is clearly visible from the 110/10 interchange. And it's only halfway up. Exciting times!

Renderings show two towers, but the article only cites one?

Anyone know the deal?

I thought the same thing when I read that article. Would like to see City Century move forward with both towers at once, but maybe they are looking at building the shorter tower first?

That's a cool project, downtown needs more fillers before really tall buildings go up IMO.

Speaking of that though, which realistically would be the first 800+ footer to break ground in the near future? I'm guessing Angel's Landing. Then maybe 1045 Olive and Olympia.

Recently drove past the Salvation Army on 9th/Francisco and saw that they'd closed and are moving.

Anyone know if this is a sign of something?

Interesting. That's prime real estate.

Yea the other tower in the plan that was more eastward is still a parking lot right now. Not sure what the plan is on that.

Render for reference, the one that just says "HOTEL" is just a parking lot still, the dual-branded AC Hotel and Moxy are what we're seeing progress shots on.

The plan is to drill holes through the spire and insert LED lighting all the way. Judging from the A+ quality of every part of this project, I bet it will look fantastic.
I know it’s been 2 years, but any word on this? Lol
