weird seeing a proposal without the first 15 or so floors as a parking podium. gives this one a 20 point boost off the bat

Except that would make it 55+ stories if it did have a parking podium!! But I agree nice “not” to see that component here.

I’m counting roughly 40-stories in the rendering, which is about right. Big difference in height between a 40-story hotel and a 40-story office building. Anyone have an official height yet? Thinking like 450ft because the first 2-3 floors will be double height for lobby and ballrooms the probably 10ft/floor between Guestroom levels.

Also what is this construction going on in from of the Wold Congress Center just a few feet east? Is it related and maybe an entrance?

There are two other projects underway at the convention center. They are constructing a "pedestrian mall" and a transportation depot.

It is the Pedestrian Mall. I know about the transportation depot and this is it today.
