Alas, this baby seems to have been dropped a while ago... unless you would have some information suggesting otherwise?

No, but the location is the parking space of the Bell Center in Montreal...And, I passed by yesterday, and that parking lot was closed eventhough the Bell Center was operating for a concert...
Does it mean something is up, I hope so!

Hmmm. While I usually think its great to get the type of density afforded by a large residential building in the CBD, I'm not sure I dig the design based on the rendering. Looks a little forbidding to me. Maybe the rendering just doesn't provide enough detail to form a strong opinion yet one way or the other.

That's a dead proposal from 5 years ago. This topic should be locked.

It's always a proposal though... Why don't they set the status as "canceled" then?? or "never built"??
It's still a proposal and that parking lot is still barred...

But I guess you know better, cuz I don't really have information aboiut this project.

Those tacky laterns on top kinda remind me of 900 North Michigan in Chicago....better known as the Bloomingdales building where the store and the Four Seasons Hotel are located.
