WiP,
According to CHOP PAOB: "The building is comprised of 565,000 square feet of office space, along with a fitness center, auditorium and other amenities."

Does anyone know if the mechanical penthouse on this building is going to be wrapped? The renderings show it as being fully disguised, but I was just getting a little concerned that it is going to be left the way it looks right now. The building below has turned out really well, so I hope that isn’t the case. It feels like it has looked like this for too long now.

I addressed this in one of my articles, the glass had reached the top in November 2021 and the mechanical exterior hasn't started construction since then. I too wonder what's going on, especially with the cranes coming down as well

This building (and recent chop buildings in general) has too much attention to detail to believe they would leave it open like that. No idea what's causing the delay but I wouldn't worry about it.

It looks like they have some kind of pulley system from the roof. I haven't seen it in action if that's what they're using, but the mechanical floor panels have started to show up on the rear of the building.

Yeah, I wouldn't worry about this. It'll happen in due time.

If you look closely, the building does not appear to be plumb. ;-)
