If you had to describe Buckhead Atlanta (the commercial district), NOT Buckhead village, how would it stack up against similiar-sized subdistricts across the U.S. Bellvue, Washington for example.

Buckhead is a combo of all the above. So are the other polls in general, pockets of greatness and embarssment is everywhere, and in every city.

It looks like Buckhead is trending toward positive reviews, but not quite the gold standard for urban living in Atlanta.
With 17 votes (so far) this subdistrict has garnished 65% positive reviews and 35% negative reviews.
"Stale, old news, boring, and forgettable" seems to be the standard option for those who dislike Buckhead.

Here's what stands out:
One group thinks of Buckhead as the "must-see shit", and the other group thinks of Buckhead as the "turd on the stoop".

Hip, savvy, fashionable and alluring. 9 40.91%
