What the prettiest skyline under 500-600 ft?

We all seem to love taller and taller skyscrapers, but does anyone have any pictures of cities with a distinctive skyline of smaller skyscrapers?

Vancouver nearly qualifies, no?

Washington, Quebec city, and Ottawa?

If anything because of their distinct skylines with Landmark buildings.
Does Cincinnati qualify, because I kind of like it's eclectic looking skyline from that angle from the river? It doesn't seem to have too many tall skyscrapers either.

Raleigh tops out in the 500s and has an exceptionally pretty approach from the south: https://tinyurl.com/36tetsdc

This is a little misleading though. From just about any other angle downtown looks much more spread out and, in my opinion, much less impressive.

Almost. They have 2 towers above 600ft: 646ft, 616ft. Burnaby, BC just shoots over the limit too with 2 taller than 600ft: 614ft, 614ft. Niagara Falls has 1 building over 400ft: 531ft.

Jacksonville, of course. JK.

I think San Antonio, if you exclude the Tower of the Americas for being a structure rather than building, definitely is among the nicest overall aesthetic skyline compositions with a tallest building in the 500-600 range.

IMHO Vancouver wins this contest hands down. Great skyline but not as tall as it looks.

Absolute bias on my part, but I'd have said Cincinnati about a decade ago before Queen City Square was topped with that godawful tiara.

Sao Paulo also has no buildings above 600 ft as far as I can tell but damn if it's not impressive:

I think Honolulu belongs in this discussion. Tallest building is 429'

While there's a certain charm to the pre-war skyline of a KC (also aided by its topography), I'll take a taller skyline with water and mountains, and one with a lot of residential. It still needs peaks though.

Vancouver's Downtown Peninsula is one of the best. It's not on hills but the mountains are close in back, and there's water on most sides. Metrotown looks especially tall because it's on a hill and the towers are skinny, but they're a little spread out. But these are both over 600'.

Honolulu is a little flat-topped. Same with San Diego. Both have good topography and water though.

Bellevue is a candidate with a 450' flat top. But there are only five at that height so it's still kind of a peak. And good water/hills/moutains setting. It has a couple 600's underway so won't qualify for long.

I've always liked Kansas City's skyline.

Vancouver's tallest tops out at 201m/650ft, so I don't think it counts.

Quebec City is fantastic as well.

Kansas City is a nice skyline, but One Kansas City Place is 624 feet.
